Restaurant

Transforming a former office into a restaurant, a process that literally felt like turning concrete into brass. Cold and grey turned into colourful and frivolous, a 1930s French style bistro was the result. By creating 3 floors, we could place the kitchen in between the restaurant/bar and the restrooms. A binding factor from which the chef has a great view on the guests and the guests are given the opportunity to have a look behind the scenes.
