Cornelis
Restaurant
This former town hall has been transformed into Grand café Restaurant Cornelis. With great respect for the building, authentic elements have been restored, creating a balanced symbiosis between old and new. The two floors are connected by 500-liter copper beer tanks. With this hanging vertical construction, Cornelis had the scoop in Europe. Those who take a seat on the first floor are rewarded with a beautiful top view of the tanks and the bar and from the ground floor you can look meters high through the void to the ceiling of the former council chamber.
